Can someone assess my diet for me and tell me if I'm getting enough calories? - calories in plain yogurt
I'm 24, 5'1, Weight 155th Hopefully up to about 20 pounds before Christmas, then another ten months. This is what you eat on a typical day:
Breakfast
1 cup Kashi cereal fiber
1 / 2 cup milk 2%
Sandwich is a piece of cheddar cheese with crackers or apple slices with 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Sometimes I have to yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit.
Lunch is salad with spinach, tomatoes, chicken, carrots, cucumbers, beans, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Snack the other is not finish my salad for lunch.
Dinner is usually 1 cup of rice or noodles with 1 / 2 chicken breast and baby spinach salad. Then I go to a fruit or a low 1 / 2-fat frozen yogurt
Sometimes I feel and have a small bag of chips or a chocolate bar for a snack. This is about twice per week.
I'm going to brisk walking for one hour per day starting from tomorrow.
What do you think? Am I missing something?
